Found the perfect car? Send us a message or click Reserve. Hold the vehicle for 24-48 hours while you make final decision. Your reservation priority secures the vehicle from other buyers.
Our sales team will discuss pricing, shipping options, and any custom requirements. We provide transparent quotes with no hidden fees. Negotiate payment terms if needed (partial payment available).
Once price is agreed, we send formal Proforma Invoice with: vehicle cost, freight charges, insurance, destination port, total amount, and payment instructions. Review carefully and confirm details.
Send payment via bank wire transfer (SWIFT), telegraphic transfer (TT), or online transfer. Payment options: Full payment (vehicle shipped immediately) or Deposit (20-50% to hold vehicle). Send payment receipt immediately after transfer.
Payment confirmed, vehicle is prepped for shipment. We arrange: pre-shipment inspection, export procedures, customs documentation, container booking, and loading onto vessel. You receive tracking details and vessel info.
If you made partial payment, balance becomes due before vehicle arrival at destination. Pay remaining amount to ensure smooth customs clearance and release. Receipt confirmation needed.
We prepare and email all required export documents: Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Export Certificate, Packing List, Insurance Certificate, and any country-specific documents required for customs clearance.
Vehicle arrives at your destination port. You receive notification with vessel info, container number, and expected unloading date. Coordinate with local port agent or customs broker for clearance procedures.
Present export documents to customs authority at destination port. Pay any applicable import duties and taxes (varies by country). Customs broker assists with paperwork. Vehicle is released once cleared and all fees paid.
Vehicle is cleared and ready for collection! Pick up from the port or arrange transportation. Register with local authorities, obtain license plates, and insurance. Your vehicle is now yours to enjoy!
