Caribbean Motors ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides global auto export services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and all related services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

4. Vehicle Information & Descriptions

4.1 Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that all vehicle descriptions, specifications, photographs, and pricing information are accurate. However, we do not warrant the complete accuracy of all information displayed on our platform.

4.2 Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are sold in "AS-IS" condition unless otherwise specified. Buyers are encouraged to inspect vehicles prior to purchase. Vehicle history, service records, and condition reports are available upon request.

4.3 Pre-Purchase Inspection

We strongly recommend that customers conduct pre-purchase inspections by qualified mechanics. Caribbean Motors is not responsible for undisclosed defects or conditions not identified in our initial assessment.

5. Pricing and Availability

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

5.2 Availability

Vehicle availability is subject to change. Reserved vehicles are held for a maximum of 7 days unless alternative arrangements are made. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the vehicle may be released for sale to other customers.

5.3 Additional Costs

Customers are responsible for additional costs including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, registration fees, and shipping insurance. These costs vary by destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, wire transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment must be made in full before vehicle delivery.

6.2 Deposit Requirements

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to reserve a vehicle. The remaining balance must be paid before the vehicle is released for shipment.

6.3 Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. Caribbean Motors is not responsible for unauthorized transactions due to customer negligence in protecting their payment information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Shipping Options

We offer multiple shipping options including container shipping, RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping, and air freight. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, vehicle size, and selected method.

7.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Caribbean Motors is not liable for delays caused by weather, port congestion, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment. We recommend customers purchase appropriate shipping insurance to protect their investment.

8. Returns and Cancellations

8.1 Cancellation Policy

Vehicles may be cancelled within 48 hours of reservation without penalty. Cancellations after 48 hours forfeit the initial deposit.

8.2 Return Eligibility

Vehicles cannot be returned once shipped. If a vehicle does not match the description provided, customers must file a claim within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

8.3 Refund Process

Valid claims may result in a partial refund or credit toward future purchases. Refunds are processed within 30 business days after claim approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caribbean Motors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

10. User Responsibilities

10.1 Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

10.2 Lawful Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. You assume full responsibility for your use of our services.

10.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable while using our services.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation and mutual agreement. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to arbitration or litigation in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.
